No matter how much we fight the stigma, somehow, there are still people out there who believe that cats are unaffectionate, uncaring, unloving pets. We know, as cat people, that this is so, so wrong - we know that cats are incredibly affectionate toward their chosen humans. But there are still people who genuinely believe the opposite is true.

Well, we are here to prove them wrong - yet again. We have reached out to you guys - our pawsome audience - and asked you to tell us about the cutest ways that your cats show you affection. We we had high hopes. We have read some of your stories before, so we knew that you would deliver. And here we are, making this listicle and tearing up with joy. If there's anyone out there who still doesn't believe that cats are some of the most affectionate pets after reading this… then there's no hope of convincing them.
